Doug Squires
Founder & CTO
Doug brings deep technical leadership to Librari as a seasoned CTO and founder. Prior to Librari, Doug founded TurnKey Vacation Rentals, where he served as CTO, and held key leadership roles at VRBO and BedandBreakfast.com. He has architected and scaled complex marketplace and SaaS platforms from early stage through acquisition. When Doug isn't building innovative solutions, you'll find him hiking trails, swimming laps, or brainstorming the next big idea.
T.J. Clark
Founder & CEO
T.J. is a lawyer, tech entrepreneur, and mentor. Before launching Librari, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Vacasa following its acquisition of TurnKey Vacation Rentals, which he founded in 2012. His background blends legal training with marketplace and commercial leadership at scale. Outside of Librari, T.J. mentors startups, contributes to global health initiatives, and spends time with his family in Austin, Texas.
